Saturday Youth Bowling at Hanes Lanes has started. You can sign up anytime throughout bowling season. There is more information in the office if you are interested.
The 2nd annual dodgeball tournament will be held on Saturday, November 7 at 2p.m. Anyone interested in signing up should do so in the office. The entry fee is $10 for team 5. There will be middle school and high teams.
Ohio Northern University’s Pharmacy application deadline is November 1. See Miss. Kehnast for admission information.
How would you like to travel to Europe next summer? Does the idea of a trip to Italy, France, Morocco, and Spain excite you? Ms. Paputsakis, gifted coordinator of Paulding, and Mrs. Freeman, gifted coordinator of western Buckeye ESC will serve as group leaders on a trip sponsored by EF tours and will be taking students to Europe in June of 2010. The trip begins June 9 and will last approximately 9 days. If you are interested, pick up a brochure outside the special services office, or in the high school office. This trip will be available to those students in grades 9, 10, 11 or 12. There will be an informational meeting for parents and students in Ms.Paputsakis’s room (Room A001), on Thursday, October 22, at 7 p.m and on Tuesday, October 27, at the Cup and Saucer at Vantage Vocational School at 7:00 p.m. for those are interested in learning more about this exciting opportunity. If you would like to secure a place on the trip that night, you should be prepared to pay $95.00 application fee with a check or credit card that evening. This trip is for high school students attending Paulding High School, Antwerp High School, Lincolnview High School, or Crestview High School. Pick up a brochure and find more.

The Talents Show is NOT like putting on the Hits. This has to be your REAL TALENT, such as singing, dancing, piano playing etc. There will be a meeting next week if there are enough people interested. Come out and strut your stuff because PHS has Talent.

SOPHOMORES: The deadline to sign up and pay for the PLAN TEST is Monday, November 2. Cost of the test is $9.50. Payment may be made in the guidance office. Make checks payable to Paulding High School. The PLAN TEST is scheduled for Thursday November 5.
SOPHOMORES: Just a reminder if you are interested in the Hugh O'Brian Leadership competition.....your "Leadership Essay" is due on Friday, October 30. Turn in the completed essay to your English teacher.
Next week, October 26 - 30, is O G T make-up week. Juniors and Seniors who have one or more of the Ohio Graduation Tests to make up/pass must be present. Monday is Reading: Tuesday is Math: Wednesday is Writing: Thursday is Science: and Friday is Social Studies. Your attendance is important if you are one of the students involved. If you have any questions, please stop in the guidance office.
