Band Booster Info Update
Officers for the 2007-2008 year:
Band Director: Jonathan Chesman
Co-Presidents: Betty Donaldson and Vicky Steele
Secretary: Jaynne Smiley
Treasurer: Vicki Gerschutz
The Band Boosters meet each month on the 4th Monday of the month (except in December, June and July) and the meetings are held in the High School band room at 7:00 PM unless otherwise noted. The Band Boosters invite any parent of any band member of the Paulding Bands to join us at these meetings.
The Booster conduct several fund raisers a year that help raise funds for new uniforms, new instruments, help students pay for band camp and major trips such as the one to Disney World in Florida this coming April. One of the biggest money makers is the Music of the Night on February 23, 2008.
The Music of the Night is a sit down meal while we are entertained by the high school band, jazz band, percussion ensemble and solos and ensembles from various band members. There is plenty of opportunity for your help. If you would like to help on a committee please contact Mr. Chesman. We need help with the following committees: donations, food (cooking and serving and kitchen clean up), set-up committee and table decorations, securing xcvdv
